This salad is super tasty and super simple to make. High in protein and fibre it will keep you full and satisfied for hours as well as getting in a good portion on veg for the day.
It’s not a very complex recipe so it’s great for a relatively quick nutrition dense meal that will fill you up.
Method
- Boil an egg for 5 minutes so it’s hard and the yolk does not run
- Boil green beans
- Slice your radish,
- Tomatoes, cucumbers into medallions (circular pieces) and cut up your lettuce or just use regular salad leaves (I recommend Italian leaves)
- To make the glaze place two table spoons of olive oil in a jar or bottle with half a table spoon of vinegar and shake vigorously till mixed.
Pour onto salad mixture and enjoy
