Mutabal a tasty, vegan lebanese dip based on aubergines and tahini. I made this dip a week ago for a gathering I had with friends and it went down a treat, so here you go.
Ingredients
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 tablespoon of Tahini
- One Lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- 1 large red onion
- Aubergine
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
- Slit the aubergines in half and cut slits into the aubergines
- Lightly oil the baking trays and place in the oven for 30 minutes
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes
- Then place all the ingredients in a blender together until smooth
