Breakfast inspiration

A great way to incorporate a healthier diet into your lifestyle is to make small steps everyday towards this. Whether it be swapping out one of your regular meals for a healthy one or to snack less or pick a piece of fruit or some raw nuts instead of a chocolate bar or a piece of candy.

If you’ve not already had breakfast or if you’re feeling a bit peckish (me ALL the time) why not make yourself a healthy fruit smoothie. A great source of fibre (to keep your gut health at its optimum) vitamins and a great source of energy.

My mum and I made a simple yet super delicious smoothie today.

Organic soya milk (sun in whatever milk you prefer) and some sweet strawberries. It was super delicious. If yours comes out tasting a little too tart for your liking chuck in a banana or a teaspoon of honey (honey is a superfood, I’ll write a post about it ASAP).
