Health tip of the day

Crudité spread with my lunch today. If you do nothing else today then just eat a bunch of veg with your lunch or your next meal. You’ll feel so good afterwards. Especially knowing that:
You need fibre to digest food properly and for good gut health and (vegetables are the best source for this) they reduce your risk of bowel cancer, a form of cancer which affects 1 in 15 men and 1 in 18 women. The vitamins and minerals in vegetables will give you more energy, improve your skin, hair and nail health. The fibre keeps you fuller for longer and thus promoting weight loss. They’re low in calories, again promoting weight loss.
