Take care of yourself.
Surround yourself with positivity and positive uplifting and motivating things and people. It could be as easy as living next to a gym which forces you to go to it daily or making sure a gym is on the way to your daily commute. Or you could have Health conscious motivated friends who promote the kind of life you want to live and so that you can motivate eachother.
Sweat in the morning, every morning. It doesn’t have to be a whole hour. 15 intense minutes in the morning could be all you need.
Wake up with the sun, go to bed at night.
Have an Ice cold shower whenever possible. science shows brown fat 20-30 seconds.
Go to work and do it with enthusiasm. Whatever your job is. Always be on time, if your job starts at 8. Then it starts at 7.45. On time is late.
Plant based diet. If you really love your meat. Then make sure your diet is predominantly plant based.
